As you all know, I am throwing an alice in wonderland party in the next month. Someone had suggested making a diamond table cover and I thought great, I can make this out of vinyl! but then I got to thinking, why not just buy a vinyl tablecloth and paint it? This will probably be easier for me since the table I want to use it on has an umbrella and a zipper tablecover will work great... but the question is what kind of paint should I use? Will acrylic be ok? or will it not adhere. It is only for the one day, so it doesn't need to be wash safe or anything, just 5 hour party safe. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! I will post my invites when I'm done making them!
