Hello Craft Divas!

Can anyone think of a way and/or point me toward a machine with which one could punch holes in paper like a traditional hole punch but further into the paper than a traditional handheld hole puncher would reach? I’m thinking of making a paper stencil and hole punching a design on it. I’m stumped as to how I’m going to get perfectly sized holes punched into the paper. Any advice is appreciated!
