Getting labels off bottles

(My Hooka Room project being temporarily on hold while we get through a surprise apartment move.)

Does anyone know how to get the labels off beer bottles in such a way that I can still use them for decoupage work? My husband loves beer from tiny breweries and I want to make him something with all the labels from the beer he's had but I don't know how to get the paper labels off without ruining them. Any thoughts?
