Okay, so I have a huge bag of tootsie rolls at work being that I work with kids I need to have some kind of incentive to behave an what not....until I started eating a bunch....then I looked into my trash can and realized how much waste comes out of those little buggers...so I googled...and came up with instructions on making

...it wasn't a slow day really...we have a really slow network in which we have to enter our client notes into, and after reconciling them in the system, you are left with a lot of down time while the computer recognizes this...I'm ranting aren't I?  Well here's how ya do it...it's an awesome craft site too: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/wrapper_bracelet.  I didn't use the jump rings for mine, just a staple because I was at work...working...
