I'm cosplaying as Rosa from FFIV for an anime convention coming up in August. I'm trying to make a skirt, but I am a complete failure at anything sewing.
I am trying to make
kind of a skirt but I'm not even sure it's possible. I want that flowy effect. I assume I would need a pattern - but do they even make patterns for these kinds of skirts? I'm a complete n00b at this, real sorry.
