Strange Question About Paint

craftgrrlI just recently got a 1996 Star Wars paint-by-number poster off of Ebay.
Some of the paint is still wet and functioning, while others are dried.
I'm pretty sure this is acrylic paint? I'm not familiar with the paint used for paint-by-number sets.
Does anyone know a way that I could revive the paint?
