A bag and a question about a bag

Sorry about the huge pics, I don't have a photo editing program at the moment, I'll fix it asap.

This is a shopping sort of bag I'm making, and there are a few things I can't decide on.


Should I put the handle on the inside or outside?


And, should I match up the lining with the outside for a flat look


or should I roll the lining out over the top?

The lining fabric has this weird quilted texture. It's really unusual.

Here's a quick and dirty clothespin bag I made:



I used a scrap to make a loop. I sewed one end over and the small end I ran through a button which goes through the loop. Easy to put up on the clothesline, but it'll stay.
