Hi everyone! I'm fairly bored right now, and decided to share some crafts I've made recently!

Here's a sneak at what lies beneath the mysterious lj-cut..



 

It's of a bubblegum machine.. I painted a straw bag with acrylic, and sewed the gumballs on with different coloured stitching (which can't be seen!) It was a birthday gift for a friend.






Another straw bag I painted.. I lovee rainbows so this design was perfect! Everything's painted except the unicorn, which was sewn on (I got it from an old bag i cut up).. The apples on the tree are also stiched on, with yellow thread. My sister kinda stole this from me after I completed it, so I hope she's been using it well!






I really love this pacman purse I made for myself! I didn't exactly sew the whole purse together (I'm not that fantastic a seamstress) but I sewed the stuff (which i drew and painted) on, which is quite a feat for me! The cut-outs are faux leather which I painted on with acrylic and these paint markers, then sprayed it with some finish to protect it. It's doing good still after 2 weeks, so yay! I love pac-man.







Last, for now... it's another straw bag which I painted for my friend's birthday. Thats her in the picture. I kinda blocked out her face in case she minded me putting it up here, but in the picture, she poses with the bag giving her best 'shocked' expression. She liked it, I think. Oh the black hearts are sewn on as well.



In case anyone was wondering, it's quite a bitch to sew on those straw bags because it's so thick!! I pricked my fingers quite a number of times with these alone. Also, I adore cute little things and sometimes think I have the mind and likes of a 10 year old girl which would explain some of my designs..
