Tank help

Hello! I'm having troubles with this tank top. I didn't make it, but I'm wondering what I can do to make it a little better

The image is just a paint graphic I threw together - not quite the real print, but it was close enough. It has lace trim (top and bottom) and thing straps.

The trouble is first, I don't like the straps. So I'd like to cut them and add different straps or else just add some matching lace or something similar. Second, it's kind of low cut. There are triangle seams that really emphasize my . .chest, and it comes a little low anyway. Also, it's a little wide, but that's sort of ok. Potentially, I might have a tiny bit of matching material if I decided to take it in on the sides. It's such beautiful (satin) fabric that I would hate to cut it, but I might have to . .

So my question is does anyone have any ideas on alterations I could do that might fix the above problems? Thanks!

Sorry it's just a question post :\ I've been making up a storm, but working a ton, too. I'll post more soon! Thanks :D
