Presenting Lily

This was a tough project! I used a full skein of 4-ply Red Heart yarn plus a bit of a second, but if I had used Caron Simply Soft (more yardage) I'd have only needed one skein.

I shortened the legs a bit to better suit the buttons I used to give her articulating limbs. I thought it was interesting to see how mine seemed to come out so differently from the picture on the pattern site, but that may be because I had some trouble following the pattern because of my inexperience in reading patterns. I'm one of those people that needs it explicitly written out (sc 3, inc2, repeat) rather than saying to increment in a certain stitch, I find I confuse myself easily!
