cowgirl chair=

So, I've really been wanting to recover a chair. I don't know why, it just looked like fun. My dearest friend, Lacey, has been wanting a cowgirl chair - complete with cowhide and everything. So, I thought I'd make her one for her birthday.

Here's what I started with (minus the beautiful reddish stain):

I obviously didn't use any cowhide - or any animal made products - I randomly sewed together cowgirl like fabrics to make the seat and then did  the rest with denim.

Does it look okay? I'm giving it to the birthday girl tonight!
