So, I didn't make this. My mom did. But it so beautiful, I had to show it off.  She just sent me a picture of it today.

Beautiful, eh? the rose hearts are cross-stitched with pre-printed designs.  Then she stiched 'em all up for this beautiful quilt!  My mom is an amazing quilter.  Every stitch done by hand.  She never uses a sewing machine... ever... for any part of it. Wish I had that stamina and those calluses! lol.  If it's ok with our kind moderators, I may do a post sometime of all the quilts she's made for me (and my husband now).  They're very traditional patchwork types.
