and i'm not refrencing myself.
i'm heading into year 2 at a jc
and my best friend gets into a real usc
(i really didnt try... i'm down with transfering :P)
but the sucky part is that its a 9 hour drive.
so, with that said.
and her leaving this sunday...
she got this massive number :D
(includes WIP pictures)

the middle portion

verticle portion: (pointing out the crafty parts)
top: sadies 2005 (we made our duct tape outfits)
2nd up from bottom: had to alter that dress. (nordstrom rack for the win!)
it was made for a size 14. i am nowhere near that. added sleeves and took out the built in bra part that was for boobs i dont have, and prob never will have

3rd up from bottom: one dress constructed from two patterns
if i could find a better picture of the dress, i'd show you

a little more added on

the picture on the top row far right was another sleeve added on creation

the sparkly tops on the bottom row middle picture
were created for our winterguard show in 2004 i believe.

the very last row, before being finished
and the finished quilt pictures :D

happy best friend at 1:30 am when i gave it to her.

honestly,
i'm suprised she didnt cry.
the quilt is tied in the middle portion
and the remains is machine quilted (as shown in the last remaining pictures)
the pictures cover from about the end of july/beginning of august 2003
to august 1, 2007 (4 years)
includes everything from high school dances, meeting celebrities, dorky pictures, and so much more.
any comments are appreciated.
and so you know,
i used june taylor's colorfast ink-jet sew in fabric sheets.
they are the best thing since sliced bread :D
