Mmmm, birthday cake

craftgrrlI made this for my boyfriend's 25th birthday party. His friends had pulled together and gotten him an XBOX 360, so I decided to get him one too, in a manner of speaking.

The icing didn't come out as smoothly as I had wanted. I didn't give myself enough time to let it sit long enough in order to rub it down, and the spatula-in-hot-water method just didn't work for me. But everyone still thought it was awesome, so I'm happy with it. Plus, it tastes good.
