boots

This may be an out there question to ask, since I checked the memories and didn't see anything about shoes or boots anywhere, but I was wondering if anyone knows how I could perhaps make or reconstruct boots so they would look like these?




I guess I could probably just get some ankle boots and put blue fabric on them... but I wish I could make them myself
