thoroughly addicting

it began as a frumptastic ankle-length "resort dress" with an ugly red anchor stitched on the breast pocket, but then:













i'd been lusting after all the cute vintage dresses i see on wardrobe remix for months, so when i finally found one that fit i had to snatch it up. it only took me a week to find just the right vintage fabric in my stash, and then just a couple hours to whip up a cute belt out of the dress scraps, a bit more secondhand fabric, and a length of antique lace.

the end result = i'm so in love. i've just started wearing dresses this summer and now i don't want to take it off.
