craftgrrlHey guys, I've got a little dilemma.
I have this great pear of slacks that I turned into shorts, and they're perfect except for this insanely high waist. Does anyone have any tips on how to mover the waist down further? I have a kind of okay idea, but I'd prefer to work from a tutorial or something because I'll be using these shorts in my portfolio for college.
Any suggestions??
