I'm putting together a care package for the boyfriend who is now 2,443 miles away in San Jose, CA. He's a huge dork, but the awesome kind and now works for Apple. So I made him a simple hat and (messily) stitched the Apple logo on it.

Ok, so it looks like Pacman with a little hat. Close enough! =D

I love swirly tops on hats.
And going with the nerdiness, I made him a Space Invaders hat based on the Knitty Space Invaders socks. I'm really proud of the fair isle work on it, but like an idiot, I made the hat too small (he and I both have big heads). But I'm still sending it anyway because it's got some geeky-goodness going on.

Crazy stranding on the inside. It's my first time doing fair isle in the round so I guess it's not too bad.
Following in the vein of the button pendants I posted a few days ago, I finally took a picture of the bracelet I made way before I made the pendants. I used two of my fave vintage buttons that I got in a grab bag from Michaels.
