Odd Halloween prop??

Hey guys, this might sound kinda weird lol...

For Halloween, my bf and I plan to be Jack the Ripper and a dead hooker (as he is fond of calling me lol) and we're looking for ideas on how to make a realistic looking uterus. I as thinking of having him carry around a piece of tripe (cows stomach) soaked in blood, but that's kinda a last resort thing. Maybe rubber? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
