Help!? rhinestone removal?

Ok, so, I found this graphic tee I really liked, only to realize they were buy one get one free.
So, I scrounged around the store till I found another one I liked.

I wasn't a huge fan of the rhinestones on it, but I figured I'd deal.
Till I put it on. 
The rhinestoned eyes lay strategically across my chest.
Like, two rhinestone crusted nipples.

So, any suggestions on how I can salvage this shirt and make my boobs not-quite-so-very sparkly?
