More Halloween Crafts

Howdy folks. I just looked at the memories for Halloween Crafts and the things that are there are awesome, but I'm looking for more.

Running a Google search for "Halloween Crafts" returns a TON of stuff. WAY TOO MUCH stuff, in fact.

So I was wondering if ya'll would be willing to link to your favorite Halloween craft? Or make a tutorial yourself for your best one?

I want to make my porch more Halloween-y for the kids who come through trick-or-treating. I think I'm going to do the silhouettes for the windows and I've ordered a cheapo fog machine (and some fog juice). I'll probably get a funky light bulb for our porch light too.

Thus, I'm looking for kind of mid-level stuff. Not the crazy, electronics and machinery-driven pop-up garbage cans, but more like good designs for big cardboard bats that you can hang from fishing line or hot glue to clothespins (and hang from spooky lights or similar). Not small stuff that no one will be able to see, but big stuff for outside.

I ordered up some Hot Blood glue sticks (from http://www.hotbloodstix.com of course) and they included a sample of their new, glow-in-the-dark glue for making glowing slime effects. I'm itchin' for creative ways to use this stuff. (I don't represent them or anything, I just think it's a clever idea.)
