i need a bit of sewing help so please, if you know, answer me? ^,^

how would i go about making this shirt> with a pair of fishnets and black man-beater? can i use a sewing machine to attach the fishnet? should i leave the thumb-holes just cut or hem them somehow?

does anybody know where to find a pattern for this style of dress>

anybody seen patters for this> i don't wanna knit it, just add ears to a beanie and possibly ear flaps?
