Frame?

So I've hit a bit of a road block, creatively, so I figured I'd come over here and talk to you lovely ladies about the issue I'm having. XD

I have a wooden frame that has been painted silver. The inside of the frame (or, the size of whatever would go inside of it) is about 6" by 6" square.

I have no idea what to put in it! I don't have any photos that need frames, or any artwork that I haven't framed yet ... I was thinking about a mixed media piece, but I've never done mixed media before and I have no idea where to start with something like that.

So! Any crafty ideas as to what I could do with a small, empty frame?
