craftgrrlI have been bored lately and I don't have to baby-sit today so I thought I would try my hand at making CP soap for the first time since I have been buying supplies and such since December.
I have a recipe for an easy first timer soap from the book Essentially Soap.
The recipe seems to be EXTREMELY large and I have no Idea how to scale it down.
I only want to make a 2 or 3 lbs of soap today.
Here is the recipe, if anyone could help me convert it (I really don't want to nor can I afford to mess it up) I would appreciate it muchly:
Vegetable Shortening 6lbs.
Coconut Oil 14 fl. oz.
Olive Oil 3/4 of a cup
Lye 12 oz.
Your choice EO 2 TBS.
I don't want to take a chance messing this up and I am horrid at math, so could maybe someone help me or show me how to do it?
