Last minute costume?

craftgrrlOne of my dad's coworkers is having a costume party next Friday night. My mom just decided she wants to go but has nothing to wear and I'm clueless as to what she could do. You people always come up with great ideas though. I checked the memories but didn't see anything that'd work.
Do you have some ideas for a costume we could make? It needs to be fairly cheap since we're not in the best shape financially right now. We have a surplus of plastic grocery bags and 2 bags of stuffing if that helps. I have an old Twister mat stuck back in my stash but if it'd be useful I'll be willing to part with it. Help!
