Shrinky-Dink Finishing Question

Hello crafty ladies, I have a Shrinky Dink question. I'm making a set of things for a friend as a gift swap. How do you seal your Shrinky Dinks? I tried using Modge Podge for my last set, but it smeared the colored pencil a little. Any tips?

So the two Price is Right ones are going to be attached to jump rings, then a necklace together (hence the holes).
 

The Pee Wee one will join an as yet made set including Chairry and Cowboy Curtis.
