I've been experimenting with fleece hats from freehand patterns and I think I made this one too short. As in, it fits around my head nicely but doesn't come down to cover my ears--which is kind of what I need a winter hat to do. It's just plain right now; I haven't stitched the the decoration on yet. Should I go ahead and decorate and just have cold ears, or make another one?

Bah.

At least the matching Daddy-and-baby monkey hats came out nicely. I'll post pictures soon.
