My boyfriend's work colleague got her Canadian citizenship today so they held a little celebration at work for her. I was asked to make a card and here is what i came up with. i only had about 2 hours to make it so its on the sloppy side. also got some new stamps which i was playing with (excessively). but anyway, its a card, and she liked it ^_^

as usual, none of the sparkle and glitter shows up in the scan.
