Today i went shopping for supplies for a christmas center piece, after finding out that i couldnt actually afford even one bauble (most of them were 5 euro (about 7 dollars) or up! it was insane)  i returned home, with one nice candle, and without any inspiration on what to do.

So, I am on a tight budget, I have no access to greenery (so no brances etc. most i will find outside is some soggy twigs, which i doubt would be useful) unless i would buy it, but then we come to point A, which is the tight budget.

what do i have?
I have beads, mainly lots of seed beads, but they are pretty colors.
ehm, i have some amount of fabric, cotton, with no print in black and purple and neon green, ocean blue also, i dont think that would be any use really.
i have felt in all colors of the rainbow, but i am at a complete loss of what to do with it.
i have paper (also a bit of  various colored cardstock), and paint.  (watercolors and acryllics)
I have some thin, bendy wire in pretty colors.
i could also pick up some silver crepe paper since it was real cheap, but i also dont know what to use it for.
I also have some nice ribbon  and lace so that could be used.
I also have some yarns, ehm probably also some other stuff i cant think of right now.

I could buy some other things if nessecary, as long as they are cheap.

I feel completely uninspired and i can only think of lame ideas currently, such as to glue a bow on the candle, which would be quite fire hazardous since i intend on using that candle.

does anyone have good tips on making  an inexpensive pretty christmas center piece?I
