craftgrrli made the bag a long time ago...and i just found out that my camcorder has a digital camera in it...
anyways...and the dress...i bought it at a garage sale that my school had...this girl donated it...her mom bought some fabric for it...it's like velvetty...and she went to a tailor and got it made...it probably costs a hundred or more for the tailoring and the fitting...but i got it for a bargain...
i put the buttons and stuff...and the picture of my little sister...i taped it up in water proff tape...and i put fabric around it...and safety pinned it on to the bag...
