Pirate Scarf and Christmas Ornaments
Dec. 11th, 2007 11:09 pmI've been uber-crafty lately, mostly making gifts as Christmas is getting nearer every second. (AUGH!) However, I made something for myself today.

Topstitching FTW!

I wish it was a little longer, but that's how much of the pink fuzzy fabric I had. *Shrug* It's long enough to keep my itchy wool coat off my skin, and keep the cold air out. I love love love it a lot! I want to do something with the rest of the pirate flannel, but I don't know what. Thoughts?
As for the crafting for others, here are three ornaments I made for a swap.

campfires started and want your ornament from me to be a surprise, DO NOT click on the cut!

I made the one in the back first, and decided that the ric-rack around the neck looked too much like a clown ruffle or something, so I didn't do it on the other two. I'm pleased with them all, though. I love those teeeny buttons! The ornaments are about the size of my hand.

I am poor and didn't have any "official" yellow envelopes to mail these guys in, so I cut the square bottoms out of some Christmas bags and taped them up, and ta-da! Pretty mailers!
Keep on craftin!
