Iron-on transfer pen

Sorry for the text-only here, but I'm lost! I bought this iron-on transfer pen, and I don't have the instructions any more. I got it to work when I bought it, but for some reason it won't do it now. Is it the fabric? Is it the paper? Do I have the iron on the right setting? I don't know! I went to the webpage to try and find instructions, and there were none! Has anyone used these before? Help!
