Scarfs

So I'm a new to crocheting but I wanted to make my sister a scarf for Christmas & my boyfriend one for his birthday.  I'm very proud of my work, I now have 4 friends asking for scarves & my mom wants a beanie. I've never crocheted in circles so I'll have to start that soon so I finish it while it's still cold.  Here are the results:

My sister's. White Bernat Soft Boucle with triple stitches:

Ham's (boyfriend) scarf was made with Black Lion Brand Wool-Ease Yarn & Edwardian Lion Brand Home Spun Yarn:




And here he is wearing it last night as we watched fireworks:


His is thick because I used the two yarns but it is definitely warm.
