craftgrrlMore pretty homemade things - I've been busy again!
I like using natural dyes - takes time, but interesting results.
This top, piece of silk and chunk of wool were all dyed with the same stuff..... a dye I made from boiling up a bag of mixed frozen berries designed for cooking! (Blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, blueberries, grapes):
Pretty - seems ph dependent though, the top was purple-pink until washed and rinsed.
Wool is quite a different shade.
I shall spin this up and make it into something at a later stage!
