OK, so I need to remember that the correct sequence of things is to go to the MisKnits yarn store first, *THEN* go sell stuff at Half Price Books....

So, I was ambushed by 3 hanks of Brown Sheep Company's Burly Spun Yarn in Forest Floor and 1 hank of Mountains Majesty:





Can I say that the name Burly Spun is definitely Truth in Advertising? This stuff was about a 1/4" thick!

Anyway, on to the (almost) finished product:

Next step: Pop it off the loom and *very* gently full it -- this stuff will felt at the drop of a hat!
