craftgrrlA question without any pictures this time... I have a cross stitch pattern I'd really like to try. It says to be stitched on 36-count linen over 2 fabric threads. I've never stitched on linen and, after looking at the price tag on a piece of Edinburgh linen ($50 and up!), I probably won't ever... so after doing some creative Googling, it sounds to me like if I stitched on 18-count Aida, this would be the equivalent of stitching 2 over 2 on 36-count linen. Am I understanding correctly?
