Appliqued skirt and more!

This was a skirt I had kicking around that I think I wore once, was just a little boring. So I added some appliques, well a lot of appliques. I used a machine stitch that looks like a hand applique stitch. I always use that stitch now instead of a zigzag, I just think it looks better, less lumpy. I also added a lot of straight stitching for detail.









Another shirt for my dog. I've made him a ton and sweaters too. Made this one from a huge mini skirt with underwear attached under it. Came from a store that was going out of business for like $.50. It was pleated too. So by the time I took the pleats out I had like 3 yards of fabric. I also made one for my grandmother's dog, but he was too fat to wear it :(.









I've had this floral print corduroy around for a long time. I didn't have much, it was a toss up between a bag and a hat. I found navy blue cord that matched perfectly a few weeks ago, so voila a reversible hat! I love this hat pattern, going to make a million of these for summer ;) Although they work good for winter hats too. ~ I tried a million times to put a front view of the flower side of the hat on Flickr, but it refused to load it, oh well~~









And just some earrings I made.
