As a respectable goth, I hate the light, especially when I'm trying to sleep. Thus, I wear one of those handy eye mask things to bed. You know the ones.

However, all the ones I've owned were pretty crap. They all had elastic to go around the back of your head, which always stretched, meaning that I'd have to tie a series of knots in the elastic to get it to not fall off my face during the night. Most were made of nasty polyester fabrics, which, when sweated upon, wouldn't absorb anything, and you'd spend the night with a face full of sweat. Gross and smelly.

So, I thought, I can do better than that! And so I did.

My mask has several design features. It's made of cotton, for one thing, which is nicely absorbent. It also ties on with a ribbon, so I won't have to battle with dying elastic. So far is works great! And it's much prettier than shop-bought masks.

Modeled by my good friend, Harold the squishable sheep.

Sorry about the spam :P I have to do things in batches because I'm lazy.

Inspired by several people's fantastic monster rugs, here is my own!

He's about 1.5 meters square. Made of dark blue toy fur, with a pink fuzzy knitted belly, which I forgot to take a picture of > . <

Oh noes! He's eating my companion cube!
He has little googley eyes that I crocheted.

His tongue goes forever! It's probably almost a meter long.

He looks terribly goofy, but I love the way he turned out anyways!
