First post. I think
Mar. 2nd, 2008 02:38 pmI don't recall posting here yet, but I've been lurking for a while. Then again, I might have posted here and just don't remember! Wouldn't be the first time. :p
Yesterday I finally finished some projects I've been working on since November. My SO works at Hot Topic and I made these for her co-workers. I'm glad to be finally done with them. They don't take that long to make (the one I made for myself I did in 3 days) but I also had to make a Slytherin scarf for one of her other co-workers. That took a long time to finish.

Two of her co-workers wanted regular Zeros. Well, one wanted him to have a baby blanket sized body, but its tedious enough to make the body of the regular Zero, so I didn't want to make a bigger one.
The first one I finished in December, so I was able to get some "themed" shots

And the second one I just finished yesterday. So no themed shots.

Her manager and another co-worker wanted scarves. It was a bit of a challenge to make those since I had to adjust the pattern, which I hadn't done before. I'm fairly new to crocheting.

The second one I made is slightly different, because I lost my notes on what I had done for the first one. And I wanted to try to make the "body" of the scarf and the tombstone part in one piece, instead of doing them separate and sewing them together. Plus Wil wanted him blue.
And yes, I do really really love Nightmare Before Christmas.

I have some more shots (plus progress shots) here. I didn't make the pattern. I used this pattern for the normal Zeros. For the scarves I used that pattern, this one and some of my own brain work.
