craftgrrl | baby handprints and footprints

Do any of you crafters see any reason I shouldn't be able to use acrylic paint to make handprints and footprints of my 2-week-old little boy? I have one of those plaster handprint kits I'm going to use, but I'd like to make more than just that, so I was going to carefully paint the bottoms of his hands and feet and put them on cardstock. I want to do it soon before he grows too much, and I was hoping to use the paint I have on hand since I can't drive yet.
