a few quick questions -

preserving posters - I've accumulated numerous posters, but sadly they're a bit warped/ragged 'round the edges after a hazardous life on dormitory walls. Is there any way I can protect them without ugly glossy lamination or expensive, inconvenient framing?

fun with mirrors - I am currently in possession of one of those five dollar full-length wal-mart mirrors. It has an ugly drab brown frame and I'm trying to decide how to improve upon it. I'm toying with the idea of gluing vintage bottle caps around the frame, but that seems a tad pricey - I could probably buy an attractive silver mirror for as much as that would cost. Any suggestions?

wall decor - I apologize if this has been asked before, but is there anything I can do to dorm walls short of (a) covering it entirely in pictures (b) painting a mural? I was thinking of making a "tapestry" out of several layers of tulle, but knowing my luck it would probably look like feces. Anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

thanks (!)
