Making wine markers

Hey all - I come with a question.

I work in polymer clay, and I was thinking of making a wine glass marker set.

What does one use for the actual little metal parts? Just some wire? Is there a way to make easy-to-put-on wine markers without using loops of wire?


Any ideas would be great! Thank you!
