scrap wood?

hola!

I need some creative ideas from everyone. You guys are great at this. It doesnt matter how crazy it is, i'm bored senseless.

My dad just built a deck and we have TONS of extra wood. some are long, some are short, and I dont want to waste them. I'm already gotten a long skinny one and I'm going to paint it white, decoupage it, stick nails in it, and make a bag/purse holder for my room. I'm not too talented with a hammer so please dont tell me to build a birdhouse. I was also going to do the same thing above, but use it to hang my necklaces and bracelets on it in the bathroom.
