I ordered 100 dollars worth of soap supplies.
I think The first soap I am going to try making is (and don't laugh) Cocoa, nutmeg, Vanilla. They smell SOOOO good together!

Hey! I've been on this list for a while & I'm posting a call for submissions to my second issue of Cheese Dough. It's a contribution driven, pen pal & diy zine, half-sized & 30 pages. The first issue was a BIG hit! I'm looking for pen pal or diy related zine (yes, all zines are diy but I'm looking for things specifically about diy: I'm not particually fussy about the subject mater, though) ads, which are free, &/or zine trades for review. I'm also looking for pen pal ads or articles & any craft/diy related fall/Halloween projects, either simple or complicated. Any diy projects are more than welcome to be included, though. As always, thrifting/yard sale/auction or like matter is always WANTED! If you have any short stories feel free to send them my way: if they are interesting or creative, I'll include them.

hey i live in australia and there aren't that many great crafty supply stores here.
not like hobby lobby or michaels.
(my husband is american, and i lived there for a while, that's how i know about the stores there)
anyways..
i'm looking for some funky fabric ribbons..
cherry/strawberry/cute flowers, retro designs, cowgirl/pin-up prints etc.
i don't particularly want to order online because they charge huuuge shipping costs when i know damn well that shipping isn't that outrageous.
it can be, but there is the option of economy mail, which takes a while, but they don't offer that usually.
anyways, i'm also looking for nice iron on or sew on patches.
cherry/strawberry once again.
other fruits maybe, and again, retro designs etc.
cats, kitties, stars, yadda yadda.
if any of you gorgeous girls can help me out i would be eternally in debt.
i can't offer my first child, because he's just wonderful, and i wouldn't trade him for authentic vintage hawaiian barkcloth...
(well...)
hehe, but i can offer you some shipping money or a trade or something else...
i make plety o' good stuff.
bath and beauty products, bags, dolls, wool felt items, i have old womens mags from the 50's, etc etc...

come on! someone's gotta be able to help me out!

But i remember someone saying they want to create products like shirts, stickers, bags, etc. This is something that I have taken an interest in doing. I can coem up with the "artwork" and logos and whatnot, but I have no one to actually put my work on the actual products. Ive found a company, but they are terribly expensive. Not for me, but for possible customers.

Does anyone know where I can find teh services Im looking for? I'm at a total loss right now

cross-posted to [livejournal.com profile] faeriefashion
my first attempt at faerie wing construction

I'm really proud of how they turned out, and it cost me about $5, with two pairs of green panyhose from the $1store, and ~15ft of copper wire from a hardware centre, and some millener's varigated english ivy I had from a previous craft project.
