costume ideas?

i had this great idea to go dressed as siouxsie sioux for my sons first birthday which is the day before halloween, hence the halloween theme.

anyways, things messed up.
it is summer here in australia and what i had in mind is too hot.

so what i have otherwise is a long straight black wig (morticia-ish)
i need some ideas as what to go as that doesn't involve too much effort, can maybe incorporate the wig, and that won't be too hot to wear outside in the middle of the day.

argh.
it is only one week away.
i neeeeed ideas!
any famous people?
some sort of icon?
i don't know??

I know that someone on here will have an idea for this stuff. I recently took apart a calculator that I thought was broken, only to find out that it was fine. Well, now I can't put it all back together, so I have nothing to do with it.
If anyone wants to trade for the parts, let me know.

New safety pins

I went to the discount store the other day and got some new safety pins. they are blue. so I am just letting you all know. I will be making a safety pin bracelet soon with them..just to see how it looks. but I imagine that it will be cool.

Okay, the last time I used my big plastic jar of Mod Podge, I didn't clean the lid very well before screwing it back on. Now I can't get it open. I've run it under hot water: nothing. What can I do?

Does anyone have any tips for gettinhg soap out of the mold? I was a little silly and forgot to rub a little oil onto the mold before I put the soap in so now it is kind of stuck.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

ok, i am a babd bad man, and am quite forgetful, but someone sent me some metallic plastic this summer
it was supposed to be used in the garden, and i wanted to use it in pshorts
just to let you know, it worked wonderfully!
i never finished the shorts, cuz now it's too cold and im lazy, but i felt bad for never replying and i lost your name.....but if you know who you are, thank you!!
