Our wedding was on October 31, and we mostly had a Dia de Los Muertos theme going on.

Sooooo, we made sugar skulls! (Image heavy!) )

Ok, I've been crazed about making these the last couple weeks. So much so that the bf has asked me to take a break because this is all I've been doing in my spare time. I call them brecklaces because they're long necklaces that you can make either into shorter ones or into bracelets by wrapping them around your wrist. I got the idea when I got a few (on sale) from Claire's.

here you go! )

Going through old pictures, here's some other stuff I've made. Pretty full of pictures.

I had been looking for a dinosaur pattern for a long time, being unsuccessful I made one out of phone books and card paper. Not the greatest but it worked.

hey everyone! hope youre all doing well!
no pictures, because my camera is missing in action, and i've been basically making the same thing over and over again (gettign ready for a charity craft show)
but i come with a question.
my friend and i are looking into printing out own t-shirts. she is going into phtography, and we both think some of her pictures would make wonderful images for tshirts.
the problem is, we have no idea what sort of printing method would be the best!
i know it wouldnt be silk screen.
we want it to look more like the iron on transfer paper, without the DIY look.
any suggestions?

cell model

Hey crafty gals, I have to make a model of a cell for my anatomy class (in cosmetology school) we obviously have to make it somewhat accurate but creativity counts BIG time…. There is even some sort of contest. Well I have been trying to come up with something besides the norm of cutting a styrofoam ball in half and construction paper glued to it. But I can’t seem to come up with anything super creative, so this is where you come in, Please help me! Ideas and PICTURES would be wonderful! Thanks

Ps- no food items…believe me if I could make a cake I would be saved.

This is a little sweater that I made for Porsche since the temperature has been down to -48° with the windchill. I think that's -54° for my American friends. Very cold.

I tried to make this from a pattern I have for toy dogs - dogs that are between 2 and 5lbs, not the 25 lbs that Porsche is. I know it looks a funny, but she really likes to wear her coat ;)

two photos )

X-posted all over
