Here are three more sketches I have worked on.
But Today is the big day, I am getting out my canvas and paints and going to start experimenting. Hopefully it all turns out well and I can show the finished product =P

And I have a fetish, as we already know, for space saving keeper together things.

And I also have a largish collection of vintage dress gloves and hankies, both of which have or are made of delicate materials that do not like being shoved into the corner of my underwear drawer.........

I present:

I guess I don't exactly consider 'painting on a tshirt' to be all that crafty-- maybe if I'd made the shirt myself. :P But I know I've read stuff in here with people asking for advice about what paints to use on fabric, and I was really pleased with the way this paint worked out, so I figured I may as well share.

I wanted a specific design (the 1961-1993 Detroit Tigers logo) on a specific kind of shirt. I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted so, hey! I figured I'd be cheap and make it myself.

So that this is a little bit ACTUALLY crafty, have an Anomalocaris that I made out of some absurdly unforgiving vinyl.

He's not precisely accurate, but there's plenty of debate over the fossils anyways. ;)

I've finished off my latest swap-bot swap and I really want to post it up here even though the recipient hasn't received it yet, because I just think it's so cute. I'm very happy with how it turned out considering this is my first attempt at face-on-food embroidering (she loves Japanese kawaii things, so this is inspired by that).

By the way, those are my kitchen tiles in the background and I completely understand if you're totally jealous because I'll admit, they're gorgeous tiles.

He's hand stitched out of felt with embroidered sprinkles and a cherry on top!

I was thinking of making some more for my market stall, what do people think?

Since I've bought my Petite Blythe I've been sewing some cute little outfits for her! Here they are:

Phoebe modeling her new outfit! Phoebe modeling her new outfit! Phoebe's new dress :-)

It's a challenge to work with such small details, but they're super quick to make and I can use my leftovers for them :-)

with the drop:

or without the drop... )
I can't decide...thanks!

[EDIT: I post a couple pictures, go eat a yummy dinner, and then return to 30 super-helpful comments! I love this community, thank you all so much! So far there are more votes for without the drop, and I think I'm leaning that way as well.]
