It's a rectangular bead of Andalusite, or crossroads stone. The bail is made from a sterling headpin and I've secured it with 20 gauge twisted square wire. I carved it with my dremel tool and painted in the carving with silver craft enamel.

I went to bed like a good girl, after taking heavy duty cold meds. I woke back up an hour later (I think from the cold meds), totally wide awake and couldn't go back to sleep. So I decided to get up and make something.

It's hard to tell in the scan, but it's waxed.

Now that it's 6:17am, I'll try to go back to sleep.

Here's the back. )

I want something that'd raise like a cupcake would, but not be perishable, or if perishable you could seal with spray on sealer. I want to make fake cupcakes.

It's my first post to this wonderful community ! And I'm calling all clay crafters 'cause I need help.
I'm thinking about doing some clay jewelry, but I know NOTHING about clay.

What kind of clay should I use ? (Fimo, paper clay, etc...)
Is there any special instructions ?
How do we remove finger prints ?
What kind of glaze should I use ?
Are there online shops were I could buy stuff ? -I live in Canada-

And so on, ans so forth...
So I would be really happy if you could help me out guys !
Oh, and, if you got any tutorial (Not the ones on DA, I got them all U_U) for kawaii things (swwets like macaroon, cakes, and so on), it would be much appreciated !
