Yep, I made a bunch of these little dolls out of Terumi Ōtaka's Lovable Dolls book, just with minor adjustments.

I was busy all week preparing and creating to have enough in stock to show at a Craft & Gift Show... here is a little look at what I created!

Hello - I'm looking to make a beanie for a friend of mine for Christmas. I'm not a knitter or crocheter so I'd like to sew something for him. I really don't want to use fleece.

Any suggestions? Should I just tear apart a sweater or scarf and try sewing that?

Finally got around to making some ornaments this year. Someone remind me to start my Xmas crafting in October next year. :P

Okay, some more questions about felting. Still trying to get my bearings here.

Is wool batting pretty hardy/versatile and would it the best thing to get for both wet and needle felting? I am looking at creating some flat pieces, maybe some wearable pieces (scarves), and little toys. Or should I look into rovings?
