So my boyfriend really loves coraline and i really want to make him this plush for christmas. Its the last gift i have to make... but im not very good at making plushies yet and im not quite sure how to go about accomplishing the right shape and adding in the tentacles and such. Is there anyone who can explain to me how to go about it? or even a pattern somewhere that can help me with the shape and such?

So.. I'm going to be taking up sewing as soon as I get my Sewing Machine (for Christmas! Whoo!)

Anyway.. I was wondering if anyone knows what material women would wear under their skirts in the 18-1900's?

like this.... I'm wondering if it's just more cotton material or something special?
